Seven Summers are a British alternative and indie rock group from Essex. The band originally featured Matt Cardle as the lead singer and acoustic guitar player. Cardle later on became the winner of the seventh series of ''The X Factor''. Cardle joined the band after leaving his earlier band called Darwyn.
